June/15 Cetacean Marine awarded another five year contract with the EPA to manage the Lake Guardian and the Mud Puppy II
May 2015 - Cetacean wins a commercial bid to perform the next four sea trials at AKER Philadelphia Shipyard and winning bid contained an option for AKER to have Cetacean perform the next four sea trials beyond the initial four.
February/March 2015 - Cetacean completes an intense six weeks of bidding five separate major long term contracts.
November/14 YDT 17 completes overhaul at Master Marine Inc. in Bayou La Batre, AL
July/14 - YDT-18 completes overhaul at Master Marine Inc. in Bayou LaBatre, AL
June/14 - CMI is awarded 110 day contract to provide the guarantee engineer for the M/V Liberty Bay.
December 2014 - Cetacean Marine wins the bid and performs the Sea Trial for the M/V Eagle Bay being built at AKER Philadelphia Shipyard for Sea River Marine
4/1/14. - Captain Harry Rogers relieves Glenn Germaine as project manager for the R/V Lake Guardian and becomes President of CMI. Mr. Germaine retires.
1/1/14 - Captain Harry Rogers and Thomas Foskett (VP/CFO) take the reins of CMI. Mr. Glenn Germaine stays on acting as VP/COO.
6/20/12 - RV Athena has completed a $383,000 drydock, repair and upgrade availability at Eastern Shipbuilding, Panama City, FL.
12/23/11 - Cetacean Marine has been awarded a five year Federal Prime Contract by the US Navy's Military Sealift Command to provide Operations and Maintenance Support for the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC). This work will be performed in the Gulf of Mexico using two 135' Yard Diving Tenders (YDT) and more than 20 small craft operating from their Panama City, FL base.
9/14/11 - Cetacean Marine has been awarded a five year Federal Prime Contract by the US Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) to provide Operations and Maintenance Support for the Athena High Speed Research Vessel System. This work will be performed primarily in the Gulf of Mexico using two 165' research vessels homeported in Panama City, FL.
6/28/11 - Cetacean Marine has been award a five year SeaPort-e Federal Prime Contract in support of US Navy Engineering, Technical and Programmatic Support Services.
2/5/11 - Lake Guardian has received three new Cummins 150kW Tier II electrical generating systems, replacing three CAT 135kw systems. Great Lakes Shipyard and JMS Naval Architects were subcontracted to assist in this effort.
12/20/10 - RV Lake Guardian has undergone a $1.8M drydock, repair and upgrade availability at Bay Shipbuilding, Sturgeon Bay, WI.
7/14/10 - Cetacean Marine has been awarded its third consecutive five-year Federal Prime Contract to operate and maintain the 180' research vessel Lake Guardian and the 36' research vessel Mudpuppy II.
